When we saw how easily our participants connected and supported each other, we realized that this concept was also perfect for corporate team building.

Our offer always includes a sporting activity. In summer, this could be wakesurfing, climbing, rafting or similar. In winter, we organize snowshoe hikes and skiing/snowboarding. Indoor activities such as indoor climbing or indoor surfing are also possible options. Of course, the event should reflect the interests and abilities of the group, which is why we ask you for more information about your team. If you already have a preference for certain activities, please let us know when you make your inquiry.
The fact that our team building events have a sporting aspect does not mean that your colleagues have to be top athletes! Skillup events are not about being the best, fittest or youngest. It is about trying something new, overcoming limits together as a team, supporting each other and celebrating successes. It is about the community feeling that makes the team a real team!
Skillup was born out of a love of outdoor sports. So, whenever possible, our events take place outside. Especially for team building events, it is important to get your colleagues out of their usual working environment, which usually means taking them outside. This automatically creates a more relaxed atmosphere for the group. However, we can of course also organize an indoor event for you if you prefer.

We work with certified and experienced instructors who will ensure that your team is safe at all times. In addition, the activities are implemented at a beginner level, which further minimizes the risk of injury. The safety of your team is our top priority!
Of course! Our team building events are all for beginners. It’s about experiencing something together, not about who is the best, fastest or fittest.

Order the necessary equipment on the website, mention Skillup Outdoors when booking and we will make sure that the equipment is on site on the day of the event.
On request, we can ensure that someone from our team will be on site on the day of the event. In this case, you also have the option of booking the photo package.
We understand that a warm, sunny day is part of the idea of a perfect team building event. However, this is not essential for the sports we have chosen or to have a great day. Of course, we would reschedule or cancel your event if conditions are not safe.
In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, we will only charge the organizational costs incurred up to that point.
