In an exclusive surf villa right on the Portuguese coast, you can expect a week that will leave a lasting impression on you: Exercise, relaxation and mindset work – everything you need to become stronger and more relaxed not only in the water, but also in everyday life. <\/p>\n

Whether you are a beginner or already have experience – our coaches will show you how to take your surfing skills to the next level. They focus on the right technique, but also show you how to build confidence, find balance and not lose heart after a wipeout. We work with a local surf school for surf lessons, where you can rely on the experienced coaches. <\/p>\n

2. yoga: find your balance<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the mat, it’s about more than just stretching: our yoga sessions with Hendi help you to come back to yourself and focus. The connection between body and mind doesn’t just help you on the mat: here you learn to find your inner balance and draw strength from calmness. The private yoga room in our villa offers the perfect environment to relax and recharge your batteries. <\/p>\n

3rd Mindset: Improve your resilience – in the water and on land<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every day we will go into a mindset session together, where you can reflect on yourself and take away tools for your everyday life. Learn how to deal with uncertainty, develop confidence in yourself and get back up after setbacks. Whether on the surfboard or in everyday life – with a resilient mindset, you can master any challenge. <\/p>\n

4. community & enjoyment: good food, good vibes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our villa is the perfect place to calm down, exchange ideas with like-minded people and simply let go. And our chef will take care of your physical well-being, spoiling you with fresh regional vegetarian and vegan dishes on five days. Skillup retreats are known for creating a great community.
