The presentation of the events merely invites the customer to make an offer. <\/p>\n<p>(3) By booking a chargeable event, the customer enters into a contractual relationship with SKILLUP Outdoors. The user will be informed about the respective chargeable event and the terms of payment prior to the conclusion of this contractual relationship. The contractual relationship is established when the customer confirms the order and payment obligation by clicking on the &#8220;Book with obligation to pay&#8221; button.  <\/p>\n<p>(4) By booking, you agree to receive invoices exclusively in electronic form. Electronic invoices will be sent to you by e-mail. <\/p>\n<p>(5) SKILLUP Outdoors shall send the customer a written booking confirmation by e-mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a73 Description of the scope of services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) The respective services of the events offered can be found in the service descriptions (published on the provider\u2019s website).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a74 Prices and booking conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) To book events, you must enter personal data.<\/p>\n<p>(2) If the user wishes to use a paid service, he will be informed in advance of the obligation and the costs involved. In particular, the scope of the service, the costs involved and possible payment methods will be listed. <\/p>\n<p>(3) The provider reserves the right to calculate different cost models for different booking times and different periods of use, as well as to offer different scopes of services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a75 Terms of Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) Settlement can only be made using the following means of payment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Instant transfer<\/li>\n<li>Credit card<\/li>\n<li>Google Pay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(2) If the customer chooses an online payment method, the customer thereby authorizes the provider to collect the amounts due at the time of the order.<\/p>\n<p>(3) If the customer chooses to pay in advance, the customer must transfer the invoice amount to the provider\u2019s account within five calendar days of receipt of the order.<\/p>\n<p>(4) If the customer chooses to pay by credit card, he expressly authorizes the provider to collect the amounts due.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Should the customer default on payment, the provider reserves the right to claim damages for late payment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a76 Cancellation and change of participant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) If a customer has registered for a paid event, the full amount will be charged in any case. Exception: Accident or illness. In this case, a medical certificate must be presented:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation with medical certificate up to 7 days before the event: 100% refund<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation with medical certificate up to 1 day before the event: 80% refund<\/li>\n<li>No refunds for cancellation or no-show on the day of the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(2) A change of registered participants as a replacement is possible without additional costs, but must be announced by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@skillup-outdoors.ch\">info@skillup-outdoors.ch<\/a> at least 1 day before the event.<\/p>\n<p>(3) If an event cannot take place due to bad weather conditions or other unavoidable influences, SKILLUP Outdoors reserves the right to cancel the event up to 2 days in advance. In this case, the customer will be reimbursed 100% of their costs. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a77 Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) SKILLUP Outdoors accepts no liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Furthermore, SKILLUP Outdoors disclaims any liability for other damages such as loss or damage to the participants\u2019 equipment or to rental equipment belonging to third parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a78 Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) We reserve the right to make changes to our website, rules and conditions, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time.
